Demolition — Clayton Business Park

A complex induced collapse for Delta Group — captured end to end in cinematic video, aerial drone and photography.

Delta Group crew at Clayton Business Park demolition

Strum Media captured the video, drone and photography for Delta Group’s complex induced collapse at Clayton Business Park in suburban Melbourne. The project involved the controlled demolition of a 27 metre high, 3,200 tonne High Bay Press Hall structure, measuring 124 metres long and 38 metres wide.

Our team documented the scale, planning and execution of the demolition through cinematic ground footage, aerial drone visuals and professional site photography. The structure included approximately 1,200 tonnes of steel and a 2,000 tonne concrete mezzanine, making it a major milestone in the demolition program for client Goodman.

This project showcased the precision, safety and capability behind large scale industrial demolition in Melbourne, with Strum Media providing high quality construction and demolition content for social media, project marketing, website use and long-term brand visibility.
