Graduate Engineer Documentary

Delta Group's Graduate Engineer Program documentary was created to showcase the people, pathways and culture behind the Delta Group Engineering Academy.

Through a cinematic documentary and interview-style approach, the project highlighted the experiences of graduate engineers, the support provided by senior leaders and the opportunities available across demolition, civil, recycling, infrastructure and major project delivery.

The production combined professional interviews, cinematic site visuals, branded cutaways and project footage to create a polished corporate documentary that reflects Delta Group's commitment to developing the next generation of engineers.

Built for website use, recruitment marketing, social media and internal communications, the documentary helps position Delta Group as a leading employer for graduate engineers across Australia.
