The Scotch Hill Gardens project in Hawthorn was captured as part of Delta Group's Victorian demolition and early works program for client Hamton Property Group.

This unique high-end residential development required a highly coordinated demolition and enabling works approach, with Delta Group delivering a challenging scope that included the protection, retention and relocation of more than 70 significant trees across the site.
